NVC closed our case on 7/12/16, we are waiting on the interview in Juarez, has anyone gotten interviews for September? I read there was a delay in Juarez, does anyone know if this is true???

Where did you hear there was a delay? I haven't heard anything like that.

NOA2 Hard Copy Received: 06-October-2016
Petition Sent to NVC: 17-October-2016 17 days for petition to be sent to NVC
NVC Received: 21-October-2016 4 days to be received at NVC
NVC Case Number Assigned: 31-October-2016 10 days for case number to be assigned
NVC Welcome Letter Received: 3-November-2016 @ 12:10 AM 3 days from case number assigned until Welcome Letter received and invoices unlocked
IV and AOS Fees Unlocked: 3-November-2016 @ 7:00 AM

I read it on the interne....can't remember exactly on what page. NVC closed my husband's case on 7/12/16, his priority date is 03/09/2015. I'm new at this so not sure what NOA1/NOA2 is.

So your priority date is from 2015? Was there a long delay because of issues on their end or did you just take longer to send the information?

Well from what I'm seeing on timelines of other members here, they are getting an interview date within 3-4 weeks of "case complete" so maybe yours is coming up soon! Stay positive! :thumbs: If you don't hear after four weeks, maybe you should call to inquire about your interview (though they don't always give the most accurate information).

It wasn't us that took too long, It was our lawyer. They approved his pardon in March, and I provided everything the lawyer asked, but my lawyers office is really busy, I had to call every week and bug them, but the lawyer has a very good reputation here. This upcoming week will be 4 weeks, so if I don't hear from NVC with an appointment date I'm going to give them a call. Thanks, y como gustes...ingles o espanol, but I'm not very good at writing in Spanish. :)
