FINALLY! I just received this email from my State Rep...

"They have found everything that was “misspent to the wrong office”. It is being sent today to the visa center. It is their mistake and they are taking the blame. They are revalidating the approval for four more months. Once it gets to the visa center we can then request it be expedited. We will check with the visa center the middle of next week."

"Call me with any questions."

Jan. 28, 2016: mailed the I-129F application

Feb. 1, 2016 arrived to the lockbox NOA1

Feb 4, 2016 check cashed

Feb. 8, 2016 Signed return receipt arrived

April 7, 2016 Case was approved NOA2

Aug. 5, 2016 was issused a new NOA2, the first one was never sent and it took 4 months to find and issue a new one

Aug. 17, 2016 arrived to NVC FINALLY!!!!

Aug. 22, 2016 Case and Invoice number and sent to Santo Domingo

Aug. 24 Case READY in Santo Domingo :)

Aug, 29 Biometrics

Aug. 30 Medical

Oct. 3 interview

Oct. 3 APPROVED

Oct. 11 Visa issued

Oct. 12 Documents collected from the Embassy

Oct. 14 Passport ready for pick up :)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Wow super happy for you! You were waiting too long and had it so hard and I'm sorry for that.

I hope my state rep can get things moving too and get me some answers! I'm at 60 days today but SOO happy you finally got it sorted out after so long

Have you reached NVC yet? Please keep us updated.

I know I haven't waited nearly as long as you but I'm at 63 days today and NVC still doesn't have my case. My senators office said they contacted USCIS July 27th and they said they would look into it but to give them 30 days to give them an update. So I'm kinda worried now. Hoping my case was eventually found and sent the following Friday on August 5th so wondering if you reached NVC yet?

I am still waiting... :(

I have received a new NOA2 that is valid until Dec.4.

My state rep said that NVC can see it's on the way, but they also said it can take up to 6 weeks.

Once NVC has it they will try and get it expedited, since USCIS still did slow mail.

sorry for the delay in answering, but I don't log in much.

I promise to let you know once I know more.

Just saw your response. Im very sorry and I just have no words for me or for you anymore it is absolutely ridiculous. This process gets more frustrating and confusing as it goes along

I just called NVC... my case arrived yesterday!!!
