Timeline

It said in the Packet 4 that we received that I could attend - does it not say that in the Mumbai one? It was not an issue at all (the security guard at the front asked "petitioner?" and just let me in when he saw my US passport. Any news from you guys? CC, didnt you guys just have your interview as well?

Yes we did and we are now in the land of Administrative Processing....... :clock: this will be a wait and see episode......they didn't ask for anything but said they will review and reprocess what ever they meant by that and here we have arrived ......AP :cry: We are positive no matter what they say, It's not about them it is our story and we will overcome any barriers.

So AP just means the state dept hasn't finished processing, don't worry just a question of time i'm sure!

I have my interview on 19th at Delhi. Our appointment letter also said no relative, friends etc allowed.

Delhi allows a USC spouse petitioner (must carry US passport). Mumbai on the other hand does not.
