When presented with the facts, you contradicted yourself multiple times and that raised red flags. If you want help, and you are seeking sympathy (on any level) please be honest and clear.

This is an open forum where anyone can state their opinion as long as it's mostly civil and not laced with curse words. Here, you'll most likely find "our condolences" and then a lot of "our condolences... but.." because a lot of VJer's see red flags in your post, and A LOT of people post things where they say one thing and then immediately change it when they realize that they probably shouldn't have said it. It happens A LOT here, person says a red flag statement, someone picks up on it, person backs up and tries to make it so the first statement doesn't matter or that we all misunderstood.

I'm going to try to take your post at face value and mention some things:

First, since you didn't attend your interview TWICE, the case will be sent back to USCIS to expire. You don't need to do anything. It won't affect you if you do apply for another visa in the future. So, in short terms. You simply have to do nothing. You don't need a death certificate, you don't need anything. Just go mourn and live your life how ever you see fit.

BUT, there's something for you to remember. First, the embassy stage is something that is more on you than the USC. It's on YOU to know your interview date and to attend, not on the USC. Next time, if you do this, I recommend that YOU are the one who receive the interview date, don't have it sent to the USC because if they don't see it, then it's YOU that miss the interview. You need to stay diligent and make sure to inquire about these things. Watch other peoples time lines, if people that were approved after you are getting interview dates, then this should raise some questions. Stay on top of these things, so this doesn't happen again.

ive been through i asked a lawyer online he told me to email the consulate section and tell the about the death and not attend my interview i got a email back immideatly says that our case is closed and soorry for the loss such hypocrit embassy when we tried to reschdule it took us 6 months i really hate the embassy of tunisia all of them re hypocrite and such lazy stupid people

The embassy did exactly what they were suppose too. You have no path into the US without a fiance since you were doing a K1 visa. All they can do is close the case and offer condolences. If you expected anything else then you were mistaken. Your case was also most likely closed on your interview date, since you didn't attend it the second time. Chances are, they didn't close it when you emailed them, they closed it in June.

This is assuming you talked to the laywer AFTER your interview date had passed, if you talked to the lawyer before your interview... well then you talked to a laywer within 10 days of your fiance dying and that is probably why a lot of people are calling this thread as trolling because no one's thought 10 days from a loved ones death is "HOW DO I FIX THIS VISA ISSUE".

If you're mad because they took so long to approve your case and you would have had more time with your fiance, this is understandable. But also remember, it's rare for a 26 year old to have a heart attack and die, there were def some medical issues there. Chances are this was going to happen at some point (not to be rude, I'm truly sorry), you may have made it to your green card interview with no wife in tow. You'd be exactly where you are now, as you'd again have no path into the US.

Second, if you're wanting another visa in the future for what ever reason, I don't recommend you do it anytime soon. Give it a while.

Overall, the answer is do nothing. K-1 cases are simply sent back to expire. They can see the K-1 visa was applied for, and if you apply for anything in the future, just be honest. Your fiance died, so you didn't attend the interview which caused the case to be closed and sent back to USCIS to expire.

Note: The reason people are jumping the gun is because you're assuming that you MAY find a USC woman. The concept that there's a chance you will find a USC woman again that you may want to marry usually alludes to the idea that you like to talk to USC women. Stop worrying about who you may marry in the future, stop worrying about how it affects you, probably try not to talk to any women for a while to avoid rebounding.
