People would feel sympathy for you if it weren't for the fact that two months after you lost your supposedly "love of your life" you've found another "love of your life" who just so happens to be from the US.

If you truly are heartbroken then you should be single and you should focus on you and how you can move on from this.

was your fiancé 26 years old or are you 26? if the latter, how old was your fiancée? It's extremely rare for a 26 year old to have a heart attack. I'm not doubting what happened, but I read that you are 26, and your fiancée was older?

anyway, condolences on your loss.

I believe we're all here because some family or loved ones brought us or we are trying to bring them. Yes he can choose to get involved with another US citizen. Love is a mysterious thing. You never know where it takes you.

As for you OP I'm very sorry for your loss. Honestly it's something that comes to my mind all the time. You wait and wait and now this happens.

Take time and heal but if you find love right away, don't be scared to be acceptive. People cope with depression and heart breaks differently. 26 was a very very young age. Wish you good luck.

To answer your question, make sure the USCIS get the death certificate and cancel the petition. You can petition as soon as possible.

And yet, at least four times in this thread, you mentioned the potential of applying again. If confused, let me quote you from one of those instances. Pretty clear to me.

OP "...i would like to apply again for the same thing k1 visa what would immigration think about that is it possible ?"

Have we lost something in translation?

Nothing wrong with asking. It just rubs people the wrong way when it happens 2 months after "the love of your life" has passed away.

You've gotten your answer. It's not going to affect it. You've received instructions on what you should do at the start of this thread.

Understand, this is not an attack. I promise. I am only speaking for myself. I am not a representing factor of other VJ members.

When presented with the facts, you contradicted yourself multiple times and that raised red flags. If you want help, and you are seeking sympathy (on any level) please be honest and clear.

I only have a problem with the quick turnaround on your stance about applying again. You contradicted yourself several times (with absolute clarity on each stance) which leads me, and others to doubt the validity of your story / intentions. You open the thread by saying that you would like to apply for a K1 again, and less than an hour later you claim you have no intentions of applying ever again. In between those statements you are still leaving breadcrumbs asking how USCIS would respond if you applied again. Sorry, I am a pretty nice guy, but in my profession, I am trained to spot BS upfront. I am not doubting the death of your fiancé, but I am doubting the credibility and validity of your intentions.

sir my intentions re to have some informations about immigration and law cus i dont know anything about it im not a lawyer im confused and so frustrated about the loss i have many questions and i think visa journey not helping me with this and god gives destiny to everyone in this life the story ive posted its true and im not here wasting my time i just need to be aware about US law,.

And you are still missing the point. You roll into this thread all hot and heavy about applying for another K1 and asking how USCIS will respond. A very short while later you say that you will never apply again. Nobody changes their mind that quickly...especially to such extremes. That, my friend, is the backbone of your story. And the very fact that you keep going back to questions about immigration makes it very clear that you are trolling for information, and that you DO have every intention of applying again soon.

And why is U.S. immigration law so important to you if you never intend to immigrate on a future K1?
