Vaccination annotation question

My wife received her visa and it has an annotation due to a vaccine that she couldnt take within the time frame.

Enough time has passed (30 days) that now she COULD take the vaccine before traveling but SHOULD she? or should she just wait until she is in the USA to take it?

will the POE Officer create an issue due to this?

Is there a reason she shouldn't? Vaccine is probably cheaper outside of USA.

thats what im essentially asking, if at POE they are expecting her not to have it, and she does, if it could cause some miraculous issue.

Seems strange to me they would issue a visa with an annotation.

How could they possibly create an issue for a vaccine that is required and the beneficiary has already received the vaccine?

Just make certain she has documentation that she had the vaccine.

It's a waiver. She will be fine. It's judged by the time of the medical. Same issue with my wife. Visa approved July 1st. She POE Wednesday August 3rd at JFK No issue.
