Hi,

Will it cause any issues if I put "DO NOT KNOW" on my DS-160 form under "VISA Number" for my F1 visa when I went to college in the US for a year? I cannot find it anywhere.

Also, I put my US Travel History to the best of my knowledge but being Canadian I can't recall EVERY visit, are estimates and not including every visit in my entire life acceptable? Ha.

Thanks!!

I'm confused. Are you not filing out the DS-160 for your K-1 visa? I might be missing something here.

I don't see where it ask for a visa number as the DS-160 is for your K-1 visa that you are trying to attain. Under "reason for traveling" you would put that your traveling to the US to get married on a K-1 visa.

I am confused because of the question you stated "I put "DO NOT KNOW" on my DS-160 form under "VISA Number" for my F1 visa". Maybe F1 was a typo.

Ah, got it. I can see where the confusion is.

It says "Have you ever been issued a US Visa?", YES, "Date Last Visa Was Issued", "Visa #". So under the "Visa #" I put "DO NOT KNOW", as I cannot find my F1 visa number. I assume visitor visas don't count, I'm more likely to want to mention my F1, correct?

All visa's count so list them all. If you do not have the number then list "do not know".
