hi i had the interview on 08/01/2016 in casablanca and i brought with me all the necessary documents they told me to bring with me i was calld to window 7 and after my interview don the con give me the wight 221g administrative processing and told me we will let u know a bout few weeks they will call me to tell me a bout my case after they done processing on my case ..... Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated and thanx

You are in AP...stay positive, all cases differs, if your relationship is genuine & you

have nothing in your past that you hid then you should okay. Its a MENA country &

they will put many in AP some longer than others....good luck

i had an interview at the consulat casablanca i had the first interview at 12/18/2012/ and did not answeard only a bout 3 qouistions a bout my wife and the con give to me 221g refusal and she siad they will send my case back to the uscis after that we recived a notice from the uscis telling us we got ur case from the consulat casablanca and give 180 days and after 180 days they sent as a notice telling as send us more evidence and we did sent them all what we have and after that they denied my case and we did appeal and they denied it at the appeal too and we did got a lawyer and re apply a new case and approved and i just had a second interview at 08/01/2016 and the interview i think was good and i did answered the questions very well and after my interview done the con give me 221g administrative processing and she give me my pasport back to me and she siad they well need more process on my case and they will call me on my phone and i did asked her are u gonna send my case back to the uscis and she said no and i did told her how mutch it will tak to call me and she said they will call me in a few weeks so iam reaaaaaly sad and frustrated

how frustrating and sad :cry: I'm not too sure about the CR1 process too much but I'm hoping they are not that strict when its time for our interview :unsure:

  • Completed New Medical Exam - October 4, 2019 - Dropped off at Aramex 😀
  • Aramex Confirmation of Delivery to Embassy for Medical - Oct. 7th, 2019
  • CEAC Update #13 - Non-Immigrant Administrative Processing - Oct. 09, 2019
  • VISA ISSUED! October 11, 2019 (last CEAC update!) 😱 FINALLLYYYYY!!!!
  • Arrived to the US! Oct. 24, 2019
  • Married Dec. 07, 2019 😍
  • Filed AOS/EAD/AP - Jan. 21, 2020
  • Rec'd I-797C Notice - Interview on 10/13/2020
  • Mailed ROC Packet via FedEx - 09.06.2022
  • ROC Packet Delivered - 09.08.2022

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
