Can have interview without letter from u.s embassy manila ?

Hello everyone. I can go to my interview with out notice or letter fron U.s embassy manila ??? Im just worried and stress about it, because mailing in philippines is sucks.

this is the same question i wanted to ask. But it seems no one knows.

My Case was received in U.S Embassy in Beirut- Lebanon on august 1/2016 and i did not receive any notice or e-mail since then.

My case status online stating that:

Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time.

Not sure if i can apply for the interview online before getting notification or packet 3 or e-mail.
