Tier 2 Officer - Is this a valid question to ask or am I crazy?

I got transfered from Potomac Service Center to the National Benefits Center on July 13th, apparently to "speed up" process. There is no standard processing time listed for any form on the website for Potomac. Potomac simply isn't on the list to choose from. Also, there is no processing time list for National Benefits center for I130. This really erks me. When I called customer service, I was told they are only processing I-130's @ NBC from JANUARY 24TH. Is it worth speaking to a Tier 2 officer to get more information? I just want an idea of standard processing time, so I know when I can expedite.

If your gonna expedite and have qualifications do it now. Why wait? As it is the process is quick...

And they will give you a generic answer as far as processing whether or not they are further along...

I'm sorry I used the wrong terminology - I meant, submit a case inquiry

Case inquiries cannot be submitted before alloted processing time estimate right now California, Texas and Nebraska report 5 months and Vermont states Dec 2015.

Potomac is not in here but i am assuming if they sent there its 5 months or quicker.

You can call USCIS But there answer wont change and your issue is not that requiring Tier 2 or case inquiry...
