We reviewed the Affidavit of Support documentation you sent to the National Visa Center
(NVC). According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your
sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s)
for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have an additional sponsor complete an
Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at
their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this
requirement.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa
case. The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a
consular officer will adjudicate the applicant’s visa application.
NVC schedules appointments one month in advance. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General
tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments in a firstin, first-
out manner. Most appointments are set within 60 days of NVC receipt of all requested
documentation. However, we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.
When we are able to schedule an appointment, we will notify the applicant, petitioner and attorney
(if applicable). The applicant can prepare now by reading about the embassy’s interview
requirements online at http://nvc.state.gov/interview. Thank you for your patience.
The embassy may require additional documents at the interview. In particular, if the following
three items are all true, the applicant must bring a new police certificate to the visa interview:
He or she is more than 16 years old;
than one year ago; and
He or she still lives in the country that issued the certificate.
The applicant should not make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until
the embassy has issued a visa.
Sincerely,
is it case complet ????

I received a checklist on the 15th of July listing the missing documents. I called them today and they told me that they received the documents on the 18th of July. I asked them how long will it take for them to review the case. They said six weeks from the date they received the missing documents. This is so frustrating....also I did not write the case number on the documents. Will this pose a problem?

Well , you have to send them the missing documents as soon as possible. Then you have to wait another 30 days for review as soon as they re reviewing your missing documents you get a 3 N/A which means case complete ..otherwise You might take the missing documents with you to the interview ....good luck
