Sounds like a NOID, they intend to deny your petition. You'll get a hardcopy that explains why, and I think you get 30 days to respond to it.

Sounds like an NOID. Check your 129f make sure you crossed all your t's and dotted all you i's. Make sure you signed the last page.

Make sure you included all docs requiered with the petition. ??http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Make sure you added all the things required in the i-129f package, here's the list: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Also make sure you signed everything that needed to be signed, filled out all the forms properly and so on.

We didnt include any documents to the packet except for i129f and the paycheck.. I was expecting for an rfe.. But this is what we got.. Does anyone here had the same experience ?

We didnt include any documents to the packet except for i129f and the paycheck.. I was expecting for an rfe.. But this is what we got.. Does anyone here had the same experience ?

If more or less the whole package is missing (like in your case) then yes, they will send you a NOID instead of an RFE. They have nothing to work with, only a form and a check. There's too much missing. If you're fast to gather all the required documents and send it USCIS you might be able to still make it, but you only have 30 days I think.

So it means that our status is not for denial? That we can still work on it? I was really frustrated..

Yes, they haven't denied you yet, there's only an "intent" to do so. :)

Someone else did this i cant recall the thread they submitted missing docsand were fine dont stress you have thirty days :energy:
