We sent our application on February 28th. Our last update for our waiver was on April 14th, "we accepted your fingerprint fee"... On May 12th, my husband (undocumented) had fingerprints/biometrics done.

Anyone else have filed the i601a around this time? Any idea how much longer we might have to wait until hearing a response/decision?? (estimate..)

I am really impatient with this. I check our status at least once a day online. Basically our whole life is on hold until he gets his green card... He can't get a drivers license, he cant get a real job.. we don't qualify for a mortgage, therefore, we feel uncomfortable having kids until this is all over.

Hi, we sent in my husbands I-601A in Feb. And just got accepted Aug. 2nd. So hopefully not any longer. We're just waiting for the letter to come in to tell us what's next.

Wow!! That is great!! I have hope now :) When did you send it? Early February or end of Feb? Our lawyer sent ours out on the 28th.
