Page 3 Form I-129F

I saw a one topic on here that made me somewhat worried in regards to page 3 on the form I-129F. The entire page mainly asks information about the fiancee in continuation of page 2. They ask What is the fiancee's SS#, if any. They ask her to give information about his/her previous spouses/marriages. They ask if he/she has ever been to the US, and if yes they want more information. Finally they ask for some information about the fiancee's children, if any. If the fiancee has no SS#, has no previous marriages/spouses, never been to the US, and has no children, then it is expected to have that page ALMOST empty except for the one question (has the fiancee ever been to the US?) and the answer to that would be "NO!" The rest will be left blank. Am I correct?

No need to put N/A, and no need for anyone to sign that page specifically? Thanks for help.

if she has never worked in the US before (or been a student) she likely doesn't have a social security number or alien registration number. Otherwise you would be correct, a majority of the page will remain blank.

That's correct! She has never been to the US and she does not have SS#. Someone was saying that she (the beneficiary/fiancee) needs to sign that one page. The only question on there is to say "NO" to has she ever been to the US. No needs for signatures on that page from anyone, right?

On the I-129f form itself, I don't recall anywhere on there where her signature would be required. Her signature is only required on her letter of intent to marry and G325a (I may be forgetting some forms here). In fact, question 15a-h (im looking at it right now) are to only be answered if he/she is CURRENTLY in the United States. My fiancee previously visited the United States as a student and even worked here, but I didn't provide any information for questions 15a-h based on the conditional request stated "If your fiance(e) is currently in the United States, complete the following:"

In your fiancee's case, the only thing that you would answer is question 15 (no). Other than that there is no place where it requests a signature from her.

This actually bothered me a bit because the I-129f instructions on the USCIS website state 15-e through h should be for when they 'last arrived' instead if 'if they are 'currently in the US.' So the USCIS has a discrepancy that needs addressing. Thankfully the visajourney example i-129f states "only if fiance is in US complete 15a-h." So now I feel a bit better about my own application now.

You are correct, there was a recent case where the petitioner agent RapidVisa did not send out page 3 completely. Their petition was approved but then reopened with a notice of NOID..Notice of intent to deny.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/603967-uscis-sending-noid-after-noa2-approval/?st=0

As stated, all pages must be submitted and questions answers if applicable. Page 3 mainly questions for fiance abroad and each question must be answer if applied. In your case None of them Apply. So, the only question which was answered "NO" which is correct about your fiance have been to the United States.

You did well.

Barroq&Yuting:

I noticed that you did not add your NOA-1 to your timeline so that you have no estimate of the approval date by VJ. You should add it. They will probably estimate sometime in October to receive NOA-2 for your application.
