I agree with everything you said except this. There's nothing rare or special about him. In fact, I'd go as far as to say he's mediocre, in more ways than one. Everyone who likes him has eliminated any signs of standards, that's why he gets away with what he does. He's not Teflon, he's just not held accountable for anything.
