But you're right about the GOP. They've resigned themselves to go down with the ship so to speak. There isn't a way out at this point. I'd respect them if they got rid of Trump and picked a better suited candidate. If they lost, at least they fought a fair fight.

And at this point, it's either lose little(eject him and spend the next 4 years trying to rebrand themselves when they lose the support) or lose big(keep him and when he loses, Hillary is going to be in the WH for 8 years, or if they win, he's going to burn every bridge in his path and make the GOP the party of suck forever.)

That whole lot of people was still a fraction of the people who will be voting nationwide and that's who he's playing to now, the entire country. Outside of his own party, and recently even within his party he's seen for what he really is, an empty suit.
