Is there anyway I can bring my wife to US while her spouse visa is processing?

I was saving myself until marriage but I have accepted the fact now days it's a miracle if someone saves themselves until marriage. But at least don't cheat on me now. I am having hard time sleeping every night thinking of this and she on some other topics have told me I have a choice or why I am compromising my life on her. She clearly shown she don't care but then sometimes she makes me feel special. I am so damn confused and only way to figure this out is if I can be with her for at least 6 months to year but then her visa process will stop

Welcome to 2016. Just because she had sex prior to you and she's friends with her ex doesn't make her a bad person and does not mean she's cheating on you.

You got evidence she's cheating on you. It's a pretty strong statement against your own wife.

If she's not what you expected her to be, divorce her.. with evidence of cheating, and find yourself a wife whom you have more in common with. This one just might be in for a green card. Many others have found this out the hard way.. leaving for the bf as soon as conditions are removed.

Why not give it a try? Halt the immigration process, move to India and have a kid.

It should resolve your concerns including your virginity. Subsequently, you can start the immigration process.

- brings the couple together in marital union as well as for raising the kids

- solves the mental block of virginity for OP

- provides an anchor to the relationship with shared responsibility of raising child (assumption: in case the woman is cheating, child into the mess might put brakes on that)

Sure most people want kids but they're not some kind of magic band aide for a marriage.

If she is cheating a kid won't stop her from doing that. That kind of thing clearly shows she doesn't even want to be with him. So no, please OP do not bring a child into this mix.

Poor kid is all I'm going to say. A child should be brought into this world because two people love each other and they really want children. Not because dad is worried about wife's not existent virginity and her hanging out with the opposite sex.

Hell yah a DNA test is a great way to mend a broken trust in a relationship.

I can see OP's anger over the virgin part, if in fact she told him that she was a virgin. In certain cultures it is extremely important to save yourself for your future spouse. If she told him she was a virgin, and lied, that would be a huge issue for me. Not so much the virgin part, but more the fact that is a big lie, and to know I was saving myself for someone who lied to me, and is giving it up to random guys, I can see the frustration here! Not to mention the marriage is already being based off of lies. OP, my best advice to you, talk to her. Lay it all out on the line. Either she wants to be with you or she doesn't, there's no in between. As bad as you may want this to work, you can't make her make it work. Find someone who loves you, and meets your expectations, or you will never be happy. Neither of you will. Good luck!
