I've had chickenpox and surely had MMR as a kid - my GP doesn't have notes predating around 2003 or something, so I don't have this vaccination record unfortunately... Will I need this again at my medical? I have an appointment with the nurse at my drs next Thursday so could ask for the MMR then?

Also, another annoying question. According to the CEAC case tracker - I have input my Immigrant Visa Case Number and it says:

Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.
So my question is: my medical exam is booked for next Friday. In the email it says I must bring "A letter/email from the embassy/NVC to confirm your case number and visa category." - so far neither me nor my partner have anything at all from the NVC or Embassy in writing or email, so what would be acceptable to bring/what can I do to speed this up?

If you got vaccinated during the years you were in school, could you get your vaccination records from the school? Not sure if it works the same way over there but in Sweden some records are kept with the school nurse.

Chickenpox they take your word. No notes needed.

Get an MMR shot next Thursday.

Go to medical next Friday. They don't really require a letter from you. Just go without.

You're messing with the order of things by carrying on before the embassy is ready for you, so just get on with it.

i took screenshot of ceac saying ready and the printout of interview booked .. they did ask for it ! i needed mmr booster so had it done at medical . could have gone back to own surgery and got it done but the medical would nt sign off imm. report so just told them to do it .. asked if i ever had chickenpox , that was it .. as long as you got some imm. record they ll let you know if its ok or you need something

you ll have status ready on ceac by next fri

If you go to the medical without a letter and just say oh I forgot it, they still will do your medical. They are just wanting to check that you gave them the right LND number. Assure them you're positive it's the correct number you have given them. Many others have done the same.

And your CEAC status will probably show up. You're worrying a week too early
