My wife and I will be sending out or I-130 soon. I was wondering if, instead of printing out hundreds of pictures, Skype logs, etc. if a USB flash drive or DVD would be acceptable to include as evidence. In addition to a photographer, we had a videographer team at our wedding and would like to include some footage as part of the evidence.

No, they will not accept any electronic media. I think you can understand that they cannot insert external media devices into their government computers. Others have tried, but cases/items are only returned without consideration.

Print the pictures and logs that you deem relevant for your case.

Unless you're filing electronically, they don't accept electronic storage devices. They'll send it back to you without even opening it.

Since I've been together with my partner for 5+ years, I faced the same problem. I just submitted and old email correspondence along with a letter explaining that we had literally tens of thousands of pages of chat logs and I could bring them to the interview if necessary. In retrospect I should have included samples of our chat logs from each month. I'll bring them to the interview, but I do regret not sending them in with the original package.

That's unfortunate. So for evidence like a video it's not possible to give it to USCIS? Would they be able to type in a youtube link?

Maybe, but they won't bother doing it. They spend only minimum amounts of time on each petition. A video is no better evidence than a photo.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Photos and videos are not important to USCIS. They consider those things as secondary evidences, that's why they aren't even listed on supporting socuments on i130 instruction. They don't bother to open the youtube.

Don't just rely on photos and videos for evidences of bonafide marriage.

Print out pictures detailing most of wedding ceremony guest and decorations also few from traveling you two did to gather. No need for video. I sent them 50 pics and my case was approved without problems.

Want to Speed up NVC Process ?

Check Guides From Guide section for doccuments and list of stuff and follow this steps

Step 1 After USCIS NOA2 Gather all AOS / IV Package Documents In 3 weeks

Between USCIS Approving and NVC Case Number you have 2 to 3 weeks gather all AOS and IV Documents Get package ready.

Step 2 Obtain NVC Invoice and Case number.

After 2 weeks of NOA2 Keep on Calling NVC every day to get case number And Invoice number

Step 3 Pay First Fee and DS261

After getting NVC Case Number and Invoice Number Log in to webpage Pay First Fee and Fill out DS261 Takes 24 to 38 Hr to get fee status paid.

Step 4 Conform Agent / Ds261 Over Phone and Sent out Documents

No to the youtube link also. They are not allowed to even connect their person phones to the computers ( even to charge them ) and they are not allowed to go to links given to them by others. A different investigation unit can use the internet to check on people but those computers are on an isolated network but they chose where they are looking ( mostly facebook, your email and the like )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

This has been asked before with people wanting to send wedding videos to prove they are married. The marriage certificate proves you are married.

Think outside the box and send a variety of different items to show the ongoing genuine relationship. Time spent together is the best evidence.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath
