Thanks for your reply, How did you know the green card was lost ? did you ask USCIS?

i need to know where my card is? if they mail it ? or not yet? how do you think i should know this information? the reason why i need an answer because i have to travel soon using my new green card

We received USPS tracking number with our approval notification. The tracking information stated it was delivered. We then inquired with our local Postmaster to talk to our route carrier. In any case, we didn't receive it. USCIS made us to wait for another 30 days before filing i-90 with fees.

Actually, you can start calling USCIS to inquire about your green card USPS tracking number after 2 weeks from approval notification. The number is (800)375-5283.

Call USCIS. When you speak to the customer service rep, tell them that you want to be transferred to an immigration officer (Tier 2) person. The USCIS customer service rep will not be able to give you any information other than what you already have on your NOA. If they give you flack and will not put you in the call back line, you will have to push them to do this...I did this every time I called USCIS to inquire about the status of my case. The (IO-Immigration Officer-Tier 2 person) will be able to give you information about your case such as when your card was produced, when it was mailed out and if it was signed for.

I would also contact your post office as well as speaking to your letter carrier. When I was waiting for my GC in the mail, my regular postal carrier was on vacation. His replacement delivered my GC to the church down the street as she had flipped the numbes by accident. I live at 1335 and the church number was 1353. This happened on a Friday. When he was back from vacation that Monday, he noticed a priority post envelope in the mailbox of the church and noticed that it was supposed to be delivered to my addressed as opposed to the church. Apparently the church doesn't get priority post mail ever. I could have kissed him when I saw him walking up my sidewalk with that envelope in his hand.
