You don't need an account. You can use the WAC number on your ASC Biometrics (fingerprint) notice and input it into USCIS' case status checker.

it says Case received on Nov 7, i see no update, because i received the approval notice 20 days ago, how can i know the update on my status? or may be i should just wait for the card in the mail?

Yes, if we all go by the shortest time we've seen (which is what we would hole for), we'd all be pulling out hair out. :P

I would call USCIS after 30 days.

In our case, USPS mail carrier "lost" our green card. We then have to wait for another 30 days to make sure that the green card was not sent back to USCIS. Once they determined it was lost, we have to pay another application fee for I-90 (replacement card) and went through the whole process of finger printing. It took about 5 months to get replacement card.
