I know! Been praying for this. Patience is definitely a virtue. Haha

It is said in one of the Gospels, that we should pray continuously. All the time.

Wow, i was the only one left out without an infopass appointment. Haha.

Same goes to you. I hope you'll get an answer too and keep us posted.

Try the infopass again. You may get an open date that is closer.

Philippians 4:6,7 also says: "Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus" ??? That keeps me going positively too.

Yeah, i've been literally checking every minute for the available appointment.???

1 Thessalonians 5:17 says: "pray without ceasing"

Sorry about your AP/EAD. You should have received it by now. As what I've read, you can get the GC as early as 5 days after the interview. But it can be longer.

AP has nothing to do with the bio. It's only EAD and GC.

The EAD can still be approved also.

But on Monday afternoon (10/24) when my father in law checked it said the following....which we couldn't believe- as it was approved on day 58 from NOA date - and that in Newark, NJ which shows about 200+ days on VJ timelines. So I called USCIS this morning at 8am when they opened and they said the GC was approved! And we should be receiving a letter saying that soon and production of Green Card should be ordered and sent out to us.

I am on day 67, and my EAD stays Case Was Received......

I already did my Bio though. I am trying to schedule an infopass appt, too, but my local office is San Francisco and there isn't any availability now...... Hmm......

I am also on day 67, also did my biometrics. Why are you trying to schedule a infopass appointment? Is there a problem with us waiting this long? I thought it was usually a 90 day wait. Should I be worrying?
