Day 00: August 4,2016 - we submitted our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS Priority Mail)

Day 0: August 8, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: August 9, 2016 - Received date in NOA (Form I-797C, Notice of Action)

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

Day 112: November 28,2016 - Applied for SSN

Day 118: December 3,2016 - SS card received in the mailbox :)

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Does anyone that pass 30-day waiting period for biometric and still hasn't receive biometric appointment?

My 30-day waiting period is ended this Wednesday, the 26th and I'm so anxious. I want biometrics and EAD...

Yeah, mine is already 69 days since NOA date and have not received biometrics yet. Last time i spoke to tier to rold me to wai5 until the 29th and if the bio appt still didn't arrived call them again but instead of callin I'll just schedule an infopass but still hoping to receive it this week.

Buggy016 found out in her infopass that her case wad already in her local office

It might be true to others especially those who have noa date of August 17. No harm in asking. You can never predict uscis work.

Yes, for some reason my case was transferred to my local office on Oct.5th (a helpful tier 2 told me on the phone before the infopass and I did see my paperwork and the photos I submited in the local office. So I am pretty sure my case is there lol) before my biometric. My biometric was scheduled on Nov.7th but I got it done the same day (Oct.21st) as my infopass since they are in the same building. Hopefully they can schedule my interview soon since my case is already in the local office.

I think if it has passed 60 days and you haven't got your biometric appointment, an infopass should be helpful. Good luck everybody and congrats on the ones who got good news!

Just scheduled an infopass for next week. This is getting ridiculous, waiting for something we should have done way back.

Everlast mine is Chicago too. I get to go downtown during prime time rush hour tomorrow lol. I think we are in similar situations? Appt is at 9:30, 30 minute drive and I have to leave at 7:15am at the latest.

Yay checked my husband's EAD and AP today and status changed to New Card Is Being Produced. Goodluck to everyone hope things move along.

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

Day 112: November 28,2016 - Applied for SSN

Day 118: December 3,2016 - SS card received in the mailbox :)

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Day 175: January 30, 2017 - Received the Interview Appointment letter in the Mail! :) 

Day 206: March 2, 2017 - Interview schedule.
