Guys,

I just got home from the InfoPass. So what the Immigration Officer saw in the system is that my fee was received but the fingerprints were not process nor sent to processing. Somehow USCIS lost my Biometrics and there is nothing else they can do about it so they just rescheduled me for November 9, at 12 PM. (a day after Election day). I guess they can see in the system if I was rescheduled cause they printed out the Bio Letter for me. I will also receive the official Bio Letter in the mail in the next days from NBC.

All this time wasted, now I have to wait even more. I am just lost for words. So upset, you can't even imagine. The officer told me after they will take my bio again I will have to wait for USCIS to process them and then wait to hear from them about my AOS/EAD.

The only positive thing is they did not consider my application abandoned or anything and it's still pending.

Hey guys I have an infopass tomorrow, basically because it's been 63 days since my receipt notice and I have yet to hear anything for a biometrics appt. What can I expect, I'll bring just about everything I have so far. Also, are there any key questions I can ask to really get some progress made? Or just anything at all that I should make sure to ask? I already have a list, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything

Isn't it supposed to be 75days before infopass? Please clarify.

It's most likely at NBC. If you didn't do your Biometrics they won't send it to the field office. Mine is still at NBC, pending background check (since they don't have my biometrics I have to wait till 11/9 just to do my bio)

It might be true to others especially those who have noa date of August 17. No harm in asking. You can never predict uscis work.

It is normal. Some have it at Fingerprint fee received until they receive their Green card. USCIS is not predictable.

Not necessarily. The 75 days is for making SR for the EAD. Infopass can be done anywhere in the process but specially if you haven't received a notice while its been 60 days.

If you look at my timeline you will see that today is day 78. You can do a SR for EAD after your case is pending more than 75 days. You can make an infopass since is not tied to the 75 day mark. Edited by alexpop13

Just because it happened to me it does not mean it will happen to you. Be positive!
