It would be whatever is the received date or priority date in your paper NOAs (not the "fingerprint fee received" date)

Just curious what are the first numbers of your receipt number? My received date is Aug 1 and my number is still not working. Mine is MSC1691422***

First 2 digits of the recipes number is the year as in 2016 that's where the 16 comes from... On Uscis website is explains what the first 7 digits mean it's a mix of year months day on month and some other stuff

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

​November 12th: Interview letter received ​[Day 216]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

Received approval letter in the mail for Green card [Day 239]

December 6th: "Card was mailed to me" [Day 240]

December 8th: Green card received in mail!!! [day 242]

Hello.

I received 3 texts last night around 11:30 ish, also emails as well.

When I typed in receipt number this afternoon, it showed that the fingerprint fee was received.

So I checked my account, the check was cashed!!

I sent my package on 3rd by USPS, it showed that it was delivered on 5th (Friday), but on USCIS website, it says they received it on 8th (Monday),

So I am not even sure what my day 0 is for my AOS journey lol

Thanks, I know that. 16 is the year, 9 is the class of application, the rest of them are just chronological from 000000 on, so I was just wondering how far the OP's case # was from mine

Ok, yours is pretty far after mine numbers wise and also not working, it means that the OP got really lucky with their number put in the system already:)

It's so funny how USCIS works though. There are cases with MSC169147 that are working and cases with MSC169142 that are not working. ?

I'm not quite sure if that number has to do any with process.

But your number is MSC169145xxx and mine is MSC169147xxx and my number is working.

So... I guess that number doesn't really matter?
