My EAD has been in production since OCT 05... Any idea when the status will change? I thought i'd have the card in 14 days but now its been 16 days without an update... HELP

Same here I am also waiting so far but i think this is still the normal waiting time.

I have an interview for I-485 that is ready to be scheduled as of Oct. 19th. No notice yet, as I imagine the interview date will be mailed to me, or do you get a text? Will I receive a text or email regarding approval of EAD and AP, since

they are two separate applications?

I just got a text message that my case status got updated (that was october 6th) and 4 days later i had the letter with the interview notice in the mail. The text massage it self didnt say when my interview is but it showed the day on the USCIS website. But you need to wait for the letter to see your time

Just received my interview notice in the mail! No update on my EAD yet but I'm expecting it to arrive soon. I should receive it before my interview right?

My status for the EAD and AP changed also after they changed my I485 status. Most of the time you get it before the interview but if you get your interview notice quickly it may happen that you dont get your EAD and AP card before the interview. You just need to wait and see. But i think its better to get your interview quickly than getting your EAD and AP quickly.

Good morning everyone, I have sent back RFE and it was delivered on Wednesday, but till now my I-485 status hasn't change to RFE Received. Is that normal, do I need to call USCIS?

I've send mine on Monday, it got delivered on Wednesday.

My status updated on Thursday that they received it and start working on my case again.

Yours should update soon I hope

We just received our EAD and AP approval notice. Can we use this approval notice letter to get a drivers license and State ID?

Hey guys, did your statuses go to "Approved" and then "In production"? My husband got his approval letter for EAD and AP in the mail today, we were hoping he could job hunt and he card will arrive any day...but our case status online is still just "Approved." Am I being overly optimistic?

I'm checking USCIS website a few times a day to see if my status has changed from "ready to schedule interview" to something else.....

For us, the EAD went straight to "Card is Being Produced" after the AP expedite application was approved. For AP, it went to "Case Was Approved" within a few days of putting in the expedite request. Got a letter for AP expedite approval saying the combo card will be mailed soon. The card, on the other hand, has not yet arrived.

It normally goes from "Card being produced" to "Approved" in most cases.

I went to my infopass today and got my biometric done there as a walk in, without the mail notice. Based on the tier 2 told me on phone, my biometric was scheduled on Nov.7th. The officer there printed out the biometric notice for me with the barcode, so I was able to get it done today. Also when I got home and I checked my case, my EAD shows new card is being produced. Not sure if it has anything to do with the infopass/biometric or it's just a coincidence. Because during the infopass I didn't emphasize my EAD, I was more interested in their green card interview timeline. Anyways, it's good to see the process! NOA 8/17 folks, cheer up and stay positive!! Best luck to everybody!

Give it time. Producing the card may be per batch. It took approx. 2 wks for my status to change to being delivered.

YAY!!! I finally received the EAD/AP combo card!! Took nearly 3 weeks from approval.
