Thank you for your quick answer.

If she meets the requirements by herself (Household size of 2 + sponsoring me), does her husband need to fill the form anyway?

Yesterday, I received a letter from USCIS stating that I didn't sent the medical form I-693.

I absolutely did send it, of course.

So you can imagine how frustrating this is.

It said that I could bring a current version of the form to the interview, and I'm just hoping that I won't have to pay the full amount again, ugh (it was $220 for the form alone).

Yes, I have copies of everything, including medical exam.

but it won't be a sealed envelope and is also just a copy (you can see from our signatures).

I wonder if that makes a difference or if I should get another form somehow.

I requested an expedite of AP based on severe financial loss to my employer.

It has been 7 days since first requested and I just received the following response...

"We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."

Does anyone have any experience or read anywhere what this could mean?

Thank you

Yes I faxed the proof. It was ATTN to RPC, Div 5, Team 3. I faxed it as soon as I got the message and then afterwards my USCIS account says that it has been assigned to an officer for response and then yesterday, my request said it was completed. I called the USCIS today to ask for an update and they said that I just have to wait. Is this what's happening to your request?

Ok please let me know. I'm so anxious. Do you get emails? I did not receive any email except for the one requesting for a fax, I just found the status on my USCIS account.

The status says that the case was received. And on the little case history section below that's where I see the day to day updates re my expedite. I didn't get an email after the fax request. If by next week I don't get an answer, I may ask for our congressman's help as my employer already agreed to wait for me but they can only wait until sometime in October.

I don't want to be negative but seeing the pattern, it looks like if we haven't got the bio appointment yet might be because we are about to get an RFE...
