Hi fellow August filers. I sent my aos August 5. Got my receipts August 20 with priority date if August 17.

Until now I'm still waiting for my biometric schedule.

Welcome, It is kinda strange your priority date is August 17 -- priority date is usually the day USCIS receive your case, it is kinda late for your case.

I have notice date of August 17 (which is when the USCIS issued the NOA) and a lot of us are still waiting for bio letter right now :clock:

1/12/2019: 90- ROC filing window open
1/17/2019: Mail I-751 Package via USPS Certified Mail 
1/22/2019: Package arrived
1/28/2019: Receive case number via text message  #WACxxxxxxxxxx
2/21/2019: Call USCIS for non-delivery notice receipt
2/29/2019: Receive 18-month extension letter (2 pages)
4/30/2019: Biometric Appt

I got this on my case status. 'As of September 14, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC XXXX..... for an interview.'

What should I be expectin on my interview. Anybody in my situation as well? Any idea on what I may be ask on my interview date.

Is the National Benefit Center the one handling your application? We have same timeline, only difference is I had my biometrics done August 31 but haven't heard anything. When I track, everything is still "Received".

Have you filed I-130 only or I-485 as well?

I-485 requires to send your medical examination (I-693). If USCIS doesn't receive it, they may send you an RFE.

Yes I filed concurrent filling but without the I-693.

Not sure what USCIS will do in this situation, as it clearly states in the instructions to I-485 that you need I-693.

Actually if you had all your vaccinations and your DS3025 states as such, you do not need to send the I693. There is an exception in the instructions for K1.

I actually called to ask if I could send the exam later because my appointment was scheduled later and I wanted to send everything and they told me that yes, I could either send the medical exam later or bring it to the interview. In the end I sent it because I didn't have everything ready by then but I don't think it should affect you.

March 1,2016 - I arrived in the US with a B2 visa (visitor)

Day 00: August 4,2016 - we submitted our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS Priority Mail)

Day 0: August 8, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: August 9, 2016 - Received date in NOA (Form I-797C, Notice of Action)

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

So, just talk to representative of USCIS about not receiving a fingerprint letter.

He said because I receive my letter physically on Aug 22, so I should wait another 3 days to hit 30 days mark. And if I still don't receive the letter by then, give them a call... I even asked if he can check the system to see if they already process a bio letter for my case and he kept saying to wait for another 3 days (hope this 3 days will make a different :sleepy: )

You guys should call soon to see what they will say too ... the wait is only 5 mins, it is not long
