FINALLY received my Biometrics Letter in the mail today. My appointment is for September 21st in Milwaukee. At last.....

So after doing this step in the process, I'm guessing the EAD and AP should arrive soon after that? I know the getting the

card can take more time.

Wow yours took a while. Wonder why that is? I'm slowly seeing dates later than mine. I received our NOA1 hard copy Aug. 22.

Crossing fingers we see something this week.

Yes, it took quite some time. So I'm hoping the rest of the process will go faster...... :hehe:

EAD and AP are supposed to be adjudicated within 90 days of your filing date (the received date on your cases). It's trending close to 90 days right now. You can put in a service request on the 75th day.

It looks like everyone is slowly getting the bio letter, may be just a matter of days because the post office takes time to deliver it. Chances are I may get it this week too...

Did an early walk in in NYC.

Got there 20 minutes early (would have been 30 mins early if the entrance location wasn't SO confusing). Was 9th in line! :o

But everything was moving pretty fast, so I was out before 8:30.

Nobody even mentioned my actual appointment date (September, 19th).

Ladies, FYI, they do take a picture of you if you wanna look nice that day ;)
