How many years of federal income tax returns do you have to send with the AOS package? I read the instructions to the i-864 and it was a crazy amount of text in there. It mentioned both 3 years and only the latest tax year's return - so which is it? :o

You only have to send 3 if you're self-employed, but I opted to send 3 years of transcripts just because it was easy to get them and I figured more was better than less. I got my transcripts online and downloaded PDFs, easy peasy

Well, last night I was excited that our receipt numbers might work since so many started working yesterday, but no luck with that. The good news is we got our biometrics letter today! Appt is for 10:00 on the 23rd :D. Exactly one month after the day we mailed our packet.

Everyone seems to get their bio appointment within a month. 36 days and no letter for me.

Form I-485 check case said that "August 17, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485" I hope to get my bio letter sometimes by the 17th at least and just do walk in...

My package was delivered on the 18th, received date for AP and EAD is August 19th (haven't gotten hard copies of NOA1s), so similar dates to many of the previous posts, and we just got the bio letter today. Appointment is for next Monday, the 19th.
