Our receipt numbers haven't worked yet, been almost a month since NOA1 and we already completed biometrics. "Validation Error."

I know it's sometimes frustrating how random things work in our AOS journey. Some, like me, already have my receipt numbers working but I still don't have the biometrics letter. While some, like you, had the biometrics done already but receipts numbers aren't working. hopefully, we'll have all our problems fixed sooner or later. I guess it's all depends on the person whose handling our cases. but let's be happy for the little things we have at the moment.Still, patience is a virtue. :sleepy::clock::goofy:

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Same here still can't track my case on line...And still waiting the biometrics letter...Received in USCIS August 15th and NOA date August 22nd....Blessed to those who wait.?

it has been more than 2 weeks..17 days to be exact. My husband checked our mail every day.. it's getting frustrating, all the waiting, hehe

I'm sorry to hear that. But you're still within the normal timeframe so you can still relax for now. :)

Are your receipt nos. all working already?

Nope. Had my biometrics already and receipt #s still aren't working. Some say it could take 2 months for the #s to work. It differs. :)

Lol so me and my wife are away visiting family and our roomate sent pictures of the NOAs to me but she didn't send the i-130 because it was in my wife's name... So yay, I got all the NOAs! Now biometrics, come on!

Also, they did a background check on me in January for my wife's job (Air Force). Do you think that could speed up the process?

Lol, I have never been so desperate to start working.

Checked mail and still no Biometric schedule. And I did call regarding our 131 and 765 having not received any NOA1 and they said they can't re-issue it, best to just wait.

My husband check our mailbox everyday hoping that the biometics letter is there, but so far, none yet. ?

Yay! One good news for you then! You are now part of the August filers waiting for the biometrics letter!

If you're asking me, my receipt nos. are already working since Aug. 21, 2 days after i received email notifications of NOAs. That was fast but I hope the bometrics letter is faster, but i still don't have it.. :(

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Day 175: January 30, 2017 - Received the Interview Appointment letter in the Mail! :) 

Day 206: March 2, 2017 - Interview schedule.

If you're asking me, my receipt nos. are already working since Aug. 21, 2 days after i received email notifications of NOAs. That was fast but I hope the bometrics letter is faster, but i still don't have it.. :(

Dont worry you'll get it soon! Ugh i wish our EADs would come already. I want to start working staying at home is boring
