Got my NOA in mail today. They did the 485 on the 30th and my 765 on the 24th. Kinda glad I got the NOA because i forgot to include the e-notice with my papers. Oops haha and then the tracking works for both.

Biometrics complete. They did full biometics on both the K1 and the K2 even though the K2 was only 8. However we did not pay an additional biometrics fee for the child. I was suprised they did all the same data captures on the child but overall it was painless. Took about 45 mins. Everybody remember to bring your marriage cert if you are a K1 to prove name change reason. I know some folks on VJ were not asked, but at the Houston office it is required to proceed with the biometric data collection.

Nevermind, it says they received it on the internet and that they sent it so I guess I'll get it separately...

It's been two weeks since I got the texts and emails - package was signed for on August 18th, got texts and emails late night August 24th - and I haven't received the NOAs. Worried that they weren't deliverable and that we won't get the biometrics letter either.

Completed biometrics as well, took me about 10 minutes since there were not much people there. Everyone was very helpful despite me being a walk-in. Also, thank you for the tip of bringing the Marriage Certificate, I guess when you're filing under your husband's last name and all your ID's are in your maiden name they want some sort of proof.

I also received a letter from Social Security today that I will be receiving my card in 2 weeks (yey!). I thought I wouldn't be able to get one since I made the mistake of filing for the first time using my husband's last name which did not match what was on my i-94. Phew.

I received NOA1 for my 485 but not for the 131 and 765 but all 3 is listed in the internet. Should I be worried that I have not receive NOA1 for 131 and 765?

I haven't received the i-130 either but I've been reading other posts and I think that means I am going to get a RFE for it so that might be the case but if I were you I would wait a couple more days. Maybe they are sending them separately...

Do your cases work online?

I just received the 4 hard copies! The I130 was under my husband's name, as the petitioner, so I guess yours might be coming slightly later (especially since they said it ...). That's good you can check it on internet! None of the 4 numbers are working for me. Looks like for some people it takes more than a month, so...patience!

The USCIS website says that it has received my case and that NOA has been sent out. I already have these forms in my possession, however, I'm still waiting to receive my Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

The waiting continues....but at least SOMETHING is working on their website. I double checked my NOA forms to see if I may have missed something important on the forms, but all it says is to wait for the Bio letter

to arrive in the mail. The notice is NOT an appointment letter.

Where is it? Hopefully not much longer. I'll give USCIS a call at the end of the week if I don't hear anything.
