I stop checking the online so often. I only checked it now once a day.

Well, it can actually be the 1040 which is the individual income tax return OR the transcripts BUT you should have attached the W2s for the most recent year whichever you sent. Did you include the W2s? If yes, you're good then. ?

Yes. I did attach W-2 of 2015 in there along with 2015 form1040. And of course recent pay stub of 2016 before August. Hopefully, I should be just enough for them to review.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

after filing my aos even i am out of status f1 student visa am i protected against deportations the time my case pending ?

Firstly if seen a few f1 status go a few months into overstay and still successfully go there green card so I wouldn't panic... Aslong as you didn't break any immigration a laws you are fine... I am on a k1 overstay by 6 and half years... My personal situation I'm not as risk for deportation because I met the conditions of my visa which was to marry within 90days because I did so I didn't break any the conditions to my visa... Uscis are usually forgiving with an overstay wether it be months or years along as you entered legally on the visa you have and as long as you've been a good girl or boy and not been in trouble with the cops

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

As far as I know, as long as you have submitted your AOS papers when you're still in status, you're safe.

I was told from my school that there is a chance you can get the green card (of course there is never a 100% chance that you will get it) but the longer you stay after your f1 visa ended before you file the AOS the lower the chance.

A F1 visa condition is to leave the country 60 days after your visa ends and some officers might hold this against you if you didnt, others might not.

Just make sure that you dont leave the country or travel too far. If you travel far away from school you need to take your I-20 and if you get stopped by the police and the I-20 is not valid you might get problems as well. Also stay away from any other type of legal problems
