09/13/2014 - came to the US on F-1 visa (still in status, pursuing my Bachelor's degree)

June 2015 - met my husband through social network

September 2015 - started dating

01/16/2016 - got engaged

01/26/2016 - got married

AOS/ EAD Process:

08/09/2016 - package sent through USPS Priority Mail (DAY 0)

08/11/2016 - package delivered and signed by R Mercado (DAY 2)

08/22/2016 - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing (DAY 13)

08/23/2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts (DAY 14)

08/26/2016 - got NOA hard copies. Notice day is August 22. (DAY 17)

09/12/2016 - got biometrics letter (DAY 34)

09/22/2016 - biometrics done (DAY 44)

10/13/2016 - EAD update "New Card Is Being Produced" (DAY 65)

10/13/2016 -EAD update "case was approved"(DAY 65)

I dont think so..the i-693 instructions on the uscis page said you dont need to if it's w/in 1 yr as long as you dont have a class a medical condition..it's on page 6 of the instructions for i-693 hope that helps ?

Apparently the 90 days starts from the day they receive the package, not the NOA1 and certainly not the biometrics. So normally you're not losing any time. Seems like you should get your notice soon though.

That would be NICE. So we are almost a month in since they've received the package!

I hope this is true....and yes, my wife is from Lima :D

Still waiting for mine too..it's been 7 days since i got my NOA1..by the way do you know how soon the EAD gets approved?

Not sure, but I'm thinking that I should get all 3 of my forms approved at the same time....hopefully!

Received 2 texts at 12:30 with numbers. I only have the numbers for AP and my Green Card application. Not one for EAD. They have different notice dates. Maybe EAD hasn't made it to the right department yet?

I didnt send my medical with the rest of my AOS package because i had to wait 3 weeks for my doctors appointment and didnt want to wait so long before sending my AOS.

I got my results now for a bit and I just dont know what i better. To bring the results to my interview or to send it in.

Which one will be faster?

Sending it in now will probably result in them losing it. Better to wait for a rfe or bring it to the interview

Depend on what they say on the rfe. If they say you should send the i693, you send it. If they say you should bring it to the interview, you save it for the interview
