Hi everybody, for the I-864 I submitted, I only attached the W2 and tax return records for the year of 2015, do you think they will send me an RFE for the year of 2014? ?? I really hope not....

It only ask for the most resent one but they like more

How long did it take for everyone to get their NOA1?

My package was delivered on Saturday, 8/6 and I got the enotifications Thursday, 8/11 at 2 AM. Hard Copies arrived Monday, 8/15.

In my case the receipt numbers are not working online yet.

Congrats on your bio letter! When is your appointment date?

I have one question for you, when you applied for the K1 visa, has USCIS assigned you an A number?

Sorry for tue confusion. I haven't received my bio letter yet. I am just excited for it to arrived! This typing errors are getting into my nerves. Hehe.

i did not enter as a K1 visa. I entered with a B2 vitors visa. My,husband and I are already married when I arrived here in the US. But when I received my NOA, they have already assigned me an A-number. ?

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Congrats on the start of your journey! Don't worry too much! I got my email notifications on the 11th day. Others have it after 2 weeks. So you are still good. I hope it gets there sooner for you. Keep us posted.? Edited by RxM16

Hey guys,

Look at other timelines you are not the only one waiting and for those who already got there look at their days between was it was arrived and when the heard something.

That will tell you a lot :)

I was going through other people's post and found that some made a SR (Service Request) after 75th day and 90th day.

Do you know which process is to be requested after 75 days and which one is after 90 days?
