I got mine today! I was approved Dec. 9 tho it said New Card is Being Produced on Dec 8. So, that's about 5-6 days for me.

Thank you! If it's the same for me I should get it this week too (i hope) haha...i got my approval notice yesterday.

Hey, has anyone from NYC gotten their interview date?

Was wondering whether I should call and inquire about it (my status is "Fingerprint fee received" since August, 28th), or just continue waiting, since NYC office is probably very busy.

Mine is also stuck on "Fingerprint fee received" (September 2nd)

I believe I saw someone from NYC with a status changed to 'ready to be scheduled', but I cannot remember who it was and which thread!

I don't mind the waiting (now that I'm working, my life is basically normal over here), but I'd just like to know where my case is: is it still at the national centre? Has it been forwarded onto the field office? If so, which one? Or is it somewhere else?

August 12th here (fingerprint fee received) - if you look in the Case Tracker app, a lot of I-485 cases still say this, from my date and earlier/later. I think they are just still working through them.

Just an update on my 10-year greencard problem; I called USCIS and they just asked me to file for i-90 along with the greencard and a copy of my marriage certificate. Since it is their mistake, I will not be paying any fees. They said the processing of my new one shouldn't take long. Trying to fill-up the form now but it's a bit confusing for me. Also, I am unsure which address to send the form since the instructions on the site is a bit confusing. I think I'll take a break from it and deal with it tomorrow.

Oh and I just received my approval notice for the i-485 6 days after I got my greencard. Lol.

Make sure you make an infopass before you send the green card out to be replaced. There you can show the green card and wrong expiration date and can request a i551 stamp on your passport that will act as you green card while yours is replaced.

Agree with p-ana above. I know of several who have waited now between 6-9 months for same mistake and still haven't gotten their new card.

Hello everyone, I am actually on the September filers thread as I mailed my AOS late August and received receipt on the 31st but curiosity has gotten the better of me and I've been looking through August's thread to see where people are at in the process.

As yet I'm still waiting for an update about my I-485, I'm not too worried about it although may be just a little anxious as I'd like to hear something at least! I'm not as involved with this part of my journey as I was with my K-1 (not obsessively researching and checking timelines etc!), I am relaxed now that I'm here, married, driving and working, I'm not even sure where my case is being dealt with at, I think St Louis (that's where I had my bio anyway) so I just wait patiently for a text to alert me that my case has been updated! In the meantime on my days off I have a browse through VJ and so now I'm waving to say hi, so, "HI"!

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Mine is also stuck on "Fingerprint fee received" (September 2nd)

My pd is August 29th

I485 status changed on October 11th to "ready to be scheduled" and is still that way

I have no clue where it is, which office or if it's been forwarded on to somewhere else. I go on to check my status on USCIS and it's still at fingerprint fee received. I wouldn't know how to find out where it is if I'm honest.
