Sadly no. In the letter I received they specifically say that "Your I-765 form will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence (10/20/2016)".

If that can help anyone that got a RFE, it doesn't stop your clock, it restarts it

You'll be surprised :)

It does reset it if it was a request for initial evidence. Request for additional evidence stops the clock.

First of all congratulations to all of you who got approvals!

Second of all, do you think I should make a service request for my AOS, as status did not change since August 10?

Last and only status so far is: Fingerprint fee was received.

3 months and 12 days since they received my application.

Mine has not changed since 12th of August.. still on fingerprint fees received. We should be getting an update soon.

Congratulations!!!!!! It's good to see someone making through the process so fast! :dancing::dancing::dancing:

I have similar timeline/ dates to yours, and I was on F-1, too. It's just that I am in San Francisco and it'd take much longer to get an interview appt.

Can you share with us what documents you provided to USCIS that made it so smooth, and what they asked during the 15-minute interview?

When I sent in my package I only sent in our marriage certificate, our lease agreement, copies of money transfer and some photos.

My interview experience is posted here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/617744-green-card-interview-experience-for-aos-from-f1-through-marriage-case-approved/?p=8390097

YW. Tell us more about the experience. ? Filipina ka din?

Share mo din sa akin please.. salamat ng madami?
