Can I get an update on people who have a receipt date for August 15 +/- a day or two?? I feel like I'm way behind. I got my bio date on day 81, did an early walk in on November 7, and that day my EAD case went to "card being produced." I feel like people are getting there cards already!

Our received date was August 19th, AP/EAD approved on Nov 2nd, status still stuck on approved 15 days later.

Approved as in it says the card is being produced?

Mine never changed from Card being produced to Approved and I never got an Approval Letter but at least my card was sent out today and I should get it Saturday.

USCIS is very unpredictable.

Now I am waiting for an update for my Green Card.

Just came back from out interview. we had it at 10 am and we left the building at 10.10 already. She didnt ask us any questions because we had so much proof already send it. My husband just had to check if this is his signature on the I-130. I had to make sure my infor on the I-485 was correct. she wrote down and our passport and drivers licence numbers and asked if i left the country since i got my Ap card. She only mentioned that there was a problem with my medical. They changed the medical on August 1 this year that everyone needs a gonorrhea test and that even when my medical was before august first I would have to submit it. She gave me an RFE and said i had 32 days to submit it and 90 days after they got my new medical i could call uscis to find out if my green card was approved or not but I wouldnt get an answer before that. Well short before we left an other lady came and looked over some documents and said "oh so you got approved? oh wait I see your medical is missing. So once we receive your medical we can change the status to approved".

So I guess it went good but it was kinda strange. I am also a bit annoyed by the problem with the medical but its not a huge deal as long as it gets approved.

No you just have to google. For the banks I saw online it didnt matter what credit score you have if you dont have a co signer they wanted you to pay interest rates over 10% which is crazy.

Congrats? did you have it in Spokane, Wa? we had out interview there as well today.

Congratulations!!!!!! It is very useful info that I am gonna ask the people from the hospital if they did gonorrhea test for me.

Can you tell us what proofs did you provide them? How much is so much and what did they ask you guys?

Usually the card will be mailed 14 days after it was updated as being produced, so for you it should be 21st of Nov. Good luck! ;)

Woah that's a lot of documents! Good for you! Thanks for replying to me although I don't think we can produce as much but this gives me an idea of what i need to bring thank you so much!

Dont worry she didnt even care about it. She asked if we have any evidence like joined bank accounts or insurances and if she would have looked through our evidence she would have seen that I send it already in.

I send it papers for our jined bank account, life insurance, car insurance, health insurance, and a special stock market plan from his work where he added me. We had a lot of mail to both of us, pictures, flight tickets, concert tickets, other tickets with our name, hotel bills, and other bills we payed for each other (phone, clothing, doctors, etc...). I had letters I send to him, college documents with him as emergency contact and he had the same from work. His mom wrote a letter for us, we had our christmas card that we send to families, and facebook and instagram screenshots. I also brought to the interview papers for the adoption for of our cat, a bill for my phone that my husband got me, our new christmas card, new hotel bills, new tickets, and more pictures.

they didnt really care for any of my evidence beside the joined bank account, life insurance, health insurance, car insurance and the jointly owned stocks. They only only asked my husband if this is his signature on the I-130, i had to make sure my info on the I-485 is still right and then she asked me some of the Yes/No questiones on the I-485. She then asked if we have other bank accounts beside the joined one but thats it. Other than that she only wrote the drivers license and passport numbers of me and my husband down.

Did you submit your medical packet when you filed for AOS or did you bring your medical packet when you went to your interview?

Congrats on your interview! Glad it went well!

About the medical exam, does that mean if we did our medical exam after Aug, 2016 then we should be covered? Is there a specific section you would recommend me to check on the forms? I want to make sure if I need get it ready before my interview. Thank you!
