Congratulations everyone on good news this week. Combo card came last week so I hope our turn comes up soon. There has been no updates since 9/26 do they change when it is ready to go to your local office and interview or just get a letter?

Just came back from out interview. we had it at 10 am and we left the building at 10.10 already. She didnt ask us any questions because we had so much proof already send it. My husband just had to check if this is his signature on the I-130. I had to make sure my infor on the I-485 was correct. she wrote down and our passport and drivers licence numbers and asked if i left the country since i got my Ap card. She only mentioned that there was a problem with my medical. They changed the medical on August 1 this year that everyone needs a gonorrhea test and that even when my medical was before august first I would have to submit it. She gave me an RFE and said i had 32 days to submit it and 90 days after they got my new medical i could call uscis to find out if my green card was approved or not but I wouldnt get an answer before that. Well short before we left an other lady came and looked over some documents and said "oh so you got approved? oh wait I see your medical is missing. So once we receive your medical we can change the status to approved".

So I guess it went good but it was kinda strange. I am also a bit annoyed by the problem with the medical but its not a huge deal as long as it gets approved.

No you just have to google. For the banks I saw online it didnt matter what credit score you have if you dont have a co signer they wanted you to pay interest rates over 10% which is crazy.

Congrats? did you have it in Spokane, Wa? we had out interview there as well today.

Hi Mrs. Baldwin I'm glad you're interview went well. I'll have my interview on Monday and it looks like we're in exact situation being on F1 visa and got married last July! Can you tell me what documents/proof you already sent in before interview and what else you brought? I'm both excited and nervous for my interview and your post is giving me hope. I'm glad it went well for you despite the medical. Hey at least your interview is good right

Hey guys do you know if the New Gonorrhea component for Form i-693 will affect those of us who have already done our our immunization before August 1, 2006? I did rather do it before coming for my interview rather than have that as an issue.

I need to resubmit my gonorrhea test even when I had my medical before August 1st. The lady at the interview told me that apparently everyone who needs to resubmit that part when they had the medical in June or July. I have a hard time believing it but if it is not too much at your local USCIS doc I would do it, it will safe you a lot of time.
