Update today that my EAD is being mailed to me. Day 89.

Exactly as I assumed and expected, it happened exactly 2 weeks (14days) after it changed to card is being produced. And my EAD was changed to being produced along with AP being changed to approved on exactly day 75. According to many people's and my own timeline, I think USCIS has a thing/ pattern that even though your case for EAD and AP might have been successfully processed & ready, they will still make you wait until day 75 for the system to start making your card and updates, and then 2 weeks after that it will be mailed. Unless you expedite it or are lucky, don't expect anything sooner than this timeline. And if you're following behind this, make your SR right away.

I went to an infopass today and found out my AOS interview has been scheduled for Dec.8th. They told me it was scheduled on Nov.9th, which means if I don't come to the infopass I would still receive the interview notice in the mail sometime this week. I am super excited! Good luck to all of us! Glad things are moving along!

Our Story:

:idea: May 31,2011-we met thru a common friend in FB (we've been bestfriends since then)

(F) February 24,2014-we officially became a couple

:wub: November 25,2014 - got engaged

(L) March 16,2015- we got married in the Philippines

Our AOS Journey:

March 1,2016 - I arrived in the US with a B2 visa (visitor)

Day 00: August 4,2016 - we submitted our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS Priority Mail)

Day 0: August 8, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: August 9, 2016 - Received date in NOA (Form I-797C, Notice of Action)

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

Day 112: November 28,2016 - Applied for SSN

Day 118: December 3,2016 - SS card received in the mailbox :)

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Day 175: January 30, 2017 - Received the Interview Appointment letter in the Mail! :) 

Day 206: March 2, 2017 - Interview schedule.

EAD and AP finally approved after 103 days. Now on to the next thing the stress over. Not sure what it is yet. But I know it's coming. :)

AOS

(Day 0) Aug 3, 2016 Mailed K1 and K2's AOS/EAD/AP via Fedex

(Day 1) Aug 4, 2016 Fedex tracker shows packet delivered to USCIS in Chicago at 10:27am

(Day 11) Aug 15, 2016 Received text and email acceptance notification at 11:45pm

(Day 18) Aug 22,2016 Received hard-copy NOA 1

(Day 23) Aug 27, 2016 Received biometric appointment letter via US mail.

(Day 33) Sept 6, 2016 Biometrics Complete for both the K1 and K2

(Day 102) November 15, 2016 EAD status changed to "New Card Being Produced".

(Day 102) November 15, 2016 AP status changed to "Approved".

(Day 104) November 17, 2016 EAD status changed to "Card sent via USPS".

(Day 111) November 21, 2016 EAD delivered via USPS.
