I think if you want to, you should start applying for a job and if you get it when your EAD isn't there yet, expedite your EAD.

During my INFOPASS, I asked the officer could I put an expedite on my EAD , she immediately said NO. she just want me to leave and keep waiting... I don't know what's wrong.....

I am in the same boat as you. It has been 78 days for me and I even did a service request online and they said they were working on my case and to wake 60 days (Jan. 8th would be day 60).

That would be awful if you really have to wait another 60days to get EAD. #Fingercrossed

Seems I am the only one left behind... My I-765 is pending on Case Was Received more than 80 days, I did info pass, but the lady just told me to keep waiting, she can't help with it. Right after back from immigrant office, I called tire 2 officer, he was friendly but only told me let me be patient. What else i can do now? I really need get a job. :(

Your not the only 1. We are in the same boat. We are at 96 days now. Already called and had SR done. Still no movement I am tracking all the I765 cases around ours and there are quite a few not processed yet (Stuck at case received). Seems many have the same date as Aug 4th. However some are Aug 3 and 5th.

I am using a phone app to track all the I765s within a range I selected. It updates me when there is a status change in any of the 56 cases I am currently tracking. I am also using a spreadsheet to log them. I'll try to post a screenshot of it here.

I also when back a few thousand cases to see whats going on.

The oldest "left behind" case I can see is dated 7/27/2016. Before that I don't see any pending cases.

The case number just before ours was approved yesterday. However it was a spousal visa case (I can tell by the cases adjacent to it). If you would like me to track your case (if it is not on my list already. Lol) then just PM me the last 5 and I will add it as well as any other cases I can find near your case. Its a little bit of a pain to setup, but after setup it is easy to update.

No issue with posting the numbers as they are available to anyone with a computer and are do not show any names. Same as the apps.

Yeah. I was thinking about info pass. But after hearing your outcome as well as several others may skip it and go straight to my congressman if there is no movement soon.

Had we not had to pay huge fees for this stuff I would not mind the stonewalling so bad, however I can see no reason that they can provide a reason for the holdup. I cant figure out the method to their madness. Seems random which cases are worked on and which are not.

I think all EAD cases are processed at the same place. Lee's Summit.

Same here. We have not even gotten our EAD or AP. Just stuck in limbo right now.

Im on 100th day today since we started the AOS process. Have no EAD and online status is still fingerprint fee received for I485 and Case Received for I130 and Case approved for I765. I'll be having my biometrics on Monday though. :)

:idea: May 31,2011-we met thru a common friend in FB (we've been bestfriends since then)

Our AOS Journey:

March 1,2016 - I arrived in the US with a B2 visa (visitor)

Day 00: August 4,2016 - we submitted our AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765) (USPS Priority Mail)

Day 0: August 8, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

Day 1: August 9, 2016 - Received date in NOA (Form I-797C, Notice of Action)

Day 9: August 17, 2016 - Notice date of NOAs

Day 11: August 19, 2016 (12:26am) - received email notifications that our application has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

Day 13: August 21, 2016 - all cases receipts are working online. Registered for email and text alerts.

Day 14: August 22,2016 - got hard copies of NOAs on the mail. Notice date is August 17, 2016.
Day 44: September 21,2016 - called USCIS to follow up my biometrics letter. I was given a referral number & was advised to wait & call again after 30 days if biometrics don't arrived. (30 days should be October 21).

Day 67: October 14,2016 - called USCIS again and request to talked to a tier 2. Tier 2 made request and sent it to my local office. Advised to call back again on the 29th if the biometrics letter don't arrive.

Day 84: October 31,2016 - received biometrics letter in the mail (finally! Almost 2 months from NOA 1 date)

Day 88: November 4,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Case was Approved' on October 31.

Day 91: November 7,2016 - received EAD approval notice in the mail

Day 98: November 14,2016 - Biometrics appointment in Tampa (in and out within 35 mins)

Day 99: November 15,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'New Card Is Being Produced'

Day 102: November 18,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Mailed to Me'

Day 106: November 22,2016 - I-765 (EAD) updated online to 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office' and found it in the mailbox! :)

Day 112: November 28,2016 - Applied for SSN

Day 118: December 3,2016 - SS card received in the mailbox :)

Day 172: January 27, 2017 - Received a text message from USCIS that there is a change in my case. I now have a schedule for interview and it's on March 2!

Day 175: January 30, 2017 - Received the Interview Appointment letter in the Mail! :) 

Day 206: March 2, 2017 - Interview schedule.

1St one was my fault not sending in right tax forms

​We received and RFE on the I-485 and update on September 26 and that is it. Combo card though. That's why I asked what was others experience how low after EAD received was interview?
