I just talk to tier 2 and there's still no update on my bio appointment. Said wait until November 15 . No good news for me. Any suggestions if it's okay to call again maybe after couple days or just wait till 15th

Probably best to just wait. If you're in a rush for the AP/EAD, then you could call and put in a service request on the card, if it's reached 75 days.

I'm not sure if I should call USCIS for updates on my EAD. Online status is unchanged from "Case received" since august. My interview is coming up soon anyways. Should I just wait until interview or should I call them? Any advise?

Well, looks like your 75 days is two weeks before your interview, so it depends how urgently you want to work. I doubt you'll receive the card before your interview, so I would just wait and see if you get approved at the interview.

Same boat here. Did an online service request as well as called and had tier 2 call back.

Received and email for EAD for the K2 (Child) it just said we will get an answers "soon" and that the service request was now closed.

For the primary K1 we did not receive a response via email other then an email that said the case had been opened.

However the tier 2 callback informed us that the primary case (K1 EAD) was pending and that there were no issues and that the bio metrics had been received and to just be patient.

Mine changed from "new card being produced" to "approved", so I think this is normal. (I don't know why approved comes after new card being produced, a quirk, I guess!)

They just spoke to an immigration officer...

I don't get what all the urgency/repeated calling is for. If people showed a little more patience, then the phone lines would be much quieter, thus freeing up officers to actually process more of the cases!
