Yeah, its really quick when you had your bio taken already since EAD is more than 75 days.

I had my bio taken on 21st of Sept and haven't heard anything since...... :crying:

I am on day 70, hopefully it'll start running after passing day 75...... I hope the office didn't lose my biometrics :clock:

That's quite odd that they scheduled you on a Sunday at 3 PM. At least in Cleveland, OH they are not open Saturday, Sunday.

So when i get to application center, how do i make a request? This is a bit confusing.

I get it. ASC is Preparing for Your Biometric Services Appointment.

Still don't see where the request is made?

You dont necessarily need to go at the ACS to request your schedule. You can either call USCIS and talk to tier 2 or make a request online

Okay, update on my case. Tier 2 called me back. He confirmed that my biometricd notice was sent just yesterday. He told me that my appointment would be on Nov.13 at 3pm. And if i do not receive the letter 5 days before my appointment, i should call them so they can fax it to me. So relieved to have an appointment at last.

I called Tier 2 and he told me my biometric got scheduled.

This morning, I went to ASC without any interview notice. I told them my interview is on the system, they went to check my case number. It took me 10 mins to finish everything.

After that, my EAD status changed to Card is being produced.

Its been 85 days since USCIS received our packet. Bio-metrics were done back on Sept 6. I'm thinking I should do the over 75 day " Approaching Regulatory Timeframe “service request” thing as the case status has not changed since it started working right after bio-metrics complete..

When does the clock start? When the app was received or when the bio-metrics were complete?

The NOA1 has a notice date of Aug 15th as well. Still past 75 days.

What do you guys think. Wait or call?

So happy ...

Then the next step is EAD card get approve. I hope I get "approve" soon because it looks like it does take 1-2 week to get approve.

Mine changed from "Card being produced" (Sept 25th) to "Approved" (Sept 26th) the very next day.

Others begin from approved to card production. USCIS interchanges these often dunno why.
