Yay for everyone's great news. Today I finally was able to talk with a tier 2 and was able to find out that our case is just waiting for an appointment date so it can be sent to the field office. So now hubby needs to get his medical appointment. Does anyone have a recommendation for the Portland, Oregon Area? Also what some of you paid for your physicals? Thanks a lot and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

I payed for my physical almost 400$ here are the prices my doctor showed:

Physical 161$

Syphilis test 27$

TB skin test 28$

Gonorrhea 73$

and for any shots they had the following prices (plus 20$ per shot)

T-Dap 56$

Varicella 120$

Flu 20$

Pneumonia (if under 4 or over 65) 40$

As a tip ask what you need to get done at their office. I could have done shots, TB test, and gonorrhea at an other office and just brought the results. The USCIS doctors usually wont bill the insurance company so it can be a lot cheaper when you do these things at an other office.

Marriage: 20 July 2016

AOS/EAD/AP sent: 29 July 2016

Package received: 1 August

Priority date: 2 August

NOA email: 12 August

shipped to NBC: 12 August

NOA letter: 18 August

Biometrics appointment: 7 September

RFIE: 8 September

USCIS case status worked: 9 September

Interveiew scheduled: 6 October

EAD card produced: 7 October

AP approved: 7 October

Interview: 17 November

RFE: 17 November (got during the interview because my doc missed a test)

Green card approved: 5 December

Green card in production: 5 December

Green Card was mailed to me: 8 December

Aug.6 filer here. Had my biometric appt on Nov. 15 and my EAD updated to card is being produced. I am expecting for it to our mailbox. So happy. At last. Here's my question, can I go to SSN office as soon as possible to change my last name to married name? Or should I wait for like 2 weeks to give time for their system to update. Thank you. ?
