My status changed to RFE sent out on 10/03/16. I got the letter on 10/07/16. Dropped my response in the mailbox 10/09/16. My status changed to RFE received on 10/14/2016. No other updates since and today is 10/25/16. I will update when anything changes. I was hoping that it wouldn't be to long since I have no criminal history and failed to check no in 3 little boxes. Fingers crossed

My I-797 notice date is October 12. I called the NVC and they have still not received my case yet. He said wait up to 6 weeks. For me the big hope is that somehow she will get her visa and arrive by Christmas. I guess I will just have to keep my head up and wait a bit longer. I may call again at the end of the week.

got the same noa2 as u , im gonna try friday as well ,my chances of xmas are over , all the interviews now in my embassy are in january, mehh

I saw July filer, after they get approve from USCIS, They got their case within 2 week mostly...But we looks a lot longer..

I had a VJ member approved Oct 4th, she still didn't get case NVC# yet...Samething like yours

Mine is a week after yours, I am start to worry now...

Ok guys the wait is killing me from between then USCIS and the NVC was board today and was trying to find a link that I thought was on this forum but I cant find it!! It directed you to something that builds a projected timeline with date ranges. ie you type in the info you already have such as NOLA 1, RFE and NOLA2 I used it with the rfe but now I cant find it can someone help please!! (and yes i have already went through and tried to find it some where here)

I knows waiting from USCIS to NVC kill people..Sometimes operator answer calls give different things..One day told me 6 weeks another day told me up to 90 days...

They just cover their butts while didn't know a thing...

Awesome, thats so exciting!!! Do you know on here how to check the wait times for the interviews at the different embassys by any chance?
