I will try call back Friday, If I don't see anything by week 3 of approval...I will call them everyday...LOL


I think most of us will get case number within this week...

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

I'm starting to panic. I had someone with my NOA2 date get their case. Not fun.. lol. I think it's going to happen to all of us because of petitions getting approved super fast. I'll call back Wednesday and they better have it or I'm going to go heavily ask questions and demand for them to tell me where my package is.

This happened last month- i received my cast number Oct 3, and someone with my same approval date didn't get their case number until 1 week later, and someone else with the same approval date got it 10 days after mine... it's a pain and makes no sense!!!

Any news or are we possibly in the same batch getting sent to NVC? :) hopefully they will have it by Friday. I'm starting to freak out.

No still not received:(

We called this morning.

Was given the "6 week" talk. I will try again on Friday, I hope they haven't lost it, I read the other thread about people waiting 2 months+ and those having their cases lost in between the USCIS & NVC. That freaks me out

lol I hope we do! I've been calling like a crazy lady every single day ?. I get some of the same people answer too lmao they're probably thinking wow this lady is crazy. Let's all just walk to the CSC and grab our crate and drive to the freaking NVC. This is horrible. I would have made it faster by foot from California to New Hampshire by now... lol

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

wow yall see the price increases on uscis? i129f will e 535 usd now smh, only ppl benefitting will be the lawyers/firms draining ppl of their money , i dont see how this makes ppl want to do things the right way with immigration , when u bump the prices , its kind of contradicting

Ugh! They're so annoying. You were one day after me so I'm sure we are in the same batch... I know I keep psyching myself out about it getting lost too... NVC is so much slower than getting approved now and it's horrible.

I feel pain than waiting on NOA2...I am waiting to schedule interview and fill out DS 160 for my fiancee...Without NVC # I cannot do anything..Embassy almost book for December... :angry::angry:

How did you check what times they have open and stuff?
