I-129f August 2016 Filers

Hi everyone. I m from Turkey. we applied our I-129F forms on 18th August and we got NOA1 on 23th August. But I m getting nervous because we didn't get our NOA2 yet. I m looking the timelines, almost everyone got their NOA2. Our case status ''case was received''. What should I do? .. should I just wait?

Hello . I know the feeling all too well! Mine came when I least expected it. Try looking at it once a week instead of evereyday. That really seemed to help me. Also, each case is different. Some people wait 1 month and others wait 7. It's all up to USCIS. :/ Patience is key ❤️. Keeping my fingers crossed for you and that you recieve your NOA2 fast!

Does anyone know what the London interview scheduling times are like? It looks like usually 2-4 weeks before people have their interview once they send their packet 3, but does anyone know how much choice we get?

Look on the London Embassy form here . It's so helpful! You can read about other cases and such. However, you should also google search the embassy. They have all the info on a K1 visa and such on there too

I tried called this morning, nothing yet from NVC..

Its been 2 week mark....I have not hear they receive my case...

I know there people still waiting 3 to 4 weeks already...But I am start to worry about my, hopes not to wait for 6 weeks

15-20 days avg its taking thus far were still on track =), ill try wednesday , then friday , been 12 days for me since noa2

honestly, the wait between NOA2 and case number was worse than the wait between NOA1 and NOA2!!!!

So just got off the phone with USCIS. They have not sent my packet off yet! It will be two weeks on Wednesday. Bit suspicious as to what I was told over the phone as one of the first questions the guy asked has it been more than 7 days since approval then when to one of those "OH!!......ok let me check on that" hear typing in the background then the can I put you on hold for a minute. Came back on then asked again if he could keep me on hold. Finally came back on and said "It takes up to 4 weeks for the packet to be sent out so check back on November 12th. (Exactly one month from the NOLA2). To me it sounds as if they should have already sent it and had an opps and they are now fixing it, and gave me that date to cover their butts! So end of week I will call the NVC and see if they have received it yet!

If anybody else would like to see if the USCIS has sent it off to the NVC yet the number is 1(800)375-5283.

Anybody with a NOLA2 around October 12th have their NVC number yet?

I called USCIS to see have they sent my petition out...The lady told me they have 90 days to sent out...BS

I asked why they have not sent out, she said they have to get paperwork done before sent out...BS

Looks like they didn't know any and cannot help..All she read to me is my approved on that date per online we check..

Its really pain to wait for NVC..I rather take mine petition walk to NVC hand them faster..LOL

I know it is very frustrating, I feel the same way. I have had my Noa2 approved for 3 weeks and they still "have not received".

Someone else who had an Noa2 of Oct 3rd received their NVC case number yesterday so hopefully we shall receive ours within the next few days or hopefully today.

Any news or are we possibly in the same batch getting sent to NVC? hopefully they will have it by Friday. I'm starting to freak out.

I'm starting to panic. I had someone with my NOA2 date get their case. Not fun.. lol. I think it's going to happen to all of us because of petitions getting approved super fast. I'll call back Wednesday and they better have it or I'm going to go heavily ask questions and demand for them to tell me where my package is.
