Yeah, it would appear that your embassy doesn't give out much information other than instruct you to wait until they contact you. That's too bad. Sorry

Immediately upon receipt of the I-129F Petition at the Embassy in Belgrade, we mail an instruction letter to the visa applicants.

NOTE: Do not take any actions before you are personally instructed to do so."

Its been almost a month since NOA2, and I have not got the hard copy yet,

Also the NVC claims that they have not received it yet.

Should I do something ?

I think you should call NVC regularly, to check your petition has been arrived in NVC or not.

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

Packet 3? How do I find out what I need so I can prepare also?

I got information from my embassy forum discussion, ppl posted.

Maybe every country has different rule for packet 3 or 4,

Here are list for packet 3 for my country :

1. Passport must be valid for 8 months or more

2. DS-160

3. Birth Certificated

4. Name cange certificate (if applicable)

5. Death or divorce degree (if applicable)

6. Military discharge, arrest, court, prison record; US immigration documents

7. Police certificate

8. Original Affidavit Support Form of I-134

Along with:

A. One year US income tax return 1040 and w-2

B. Bank statement or proof of asset

C. Letter employement or job offer

9. Two identical passport size

10. Medical examination

11. Evidance of relationship

12. Receipt for non-refundable K-1 application fee

Called today and they have not recieved my petition. The agent said that as soon as the application is received they update the system. Man, I hope that I am not one of those cases that take 2 months to get a number.
