Yes. I hope too.my fiance sent our response on the 7th and we still haven't heard anything. We don't even know If they received it...not to freak you out haha..

Is there a way to know if they received it? Anyone knows?

I dropped my response in the postbox on 10/09. On 10/14 my status changed to rfe response received.

Nina call them if they have received. Because above comment is right.your status changes once they have your rfe evidence.

Okay guys, I got my NVC number. So what I understand is I have to wait for it to get shipped to the Embassy then fill out the online DS-160 form?

My question is, do I, the Petitioner fill it out, or does the Beneficiary fill it out?

beneficary needs to submit it , but yall can work together and make sure everything is filled in correctly to lower mistakes

Now I'm starting to prepare documents for packet 3 ??.

Its been almost a month since NOA2, and I have not got the hard copy yet,

Also the NVC claims that they have not received it yet.

Check with your country's consulate. I know Thailand has put up everything you need on the website for Packet 3 so you can prepare before hand.

I don't know what is wrong with the CSC but they're making me angry. So many people are being delayed opposed to those that used the TSC. NVC hasn't recieved my case and its been 18 days since my NOA2.

Me too,,mine approve on 11th, called in not yet receive...

I believe the people answer calls would not know they receive or not, if not in system..

Once they put in system receive or case number then they say they got it...

There are lots of approved petition past few weeks, so NVC loaded with petition, I think we will get NVC very soon..

Once I have NVC numbers, I will get DS160 out the way and schedule interview before flying back to attend interview with my fiancee..

Cannot wait to get NVC #

Without it, I cannot book my flight...My embassy schedule almost up for the year..

Hey ADT,

It took about 10 days after approval from the USCIS for the NVC to receive our application. Your timeline shows you got your NOA2 on the 10th so I would assume you should get your Case number any day now. I know how you feel. I was more nervous about it getting to the NVC than I was about approval from the USICS. Hang in there my friend, I am sure it will get there soon.
