Where was this link a month & 1/2 ago? I could have avoided my RFE and joined all those with their NOA 2 long time ago. I guess I will save it for examples after we are married.

oh man i SCOURED VJ before I sent anything off to USCIS... i used all these examples, the guides, everything LOL. I def plan on using all of it for the AoS.

I didnt fill out the Criminal history bit. I left it blank. I read that bit about armed forces and thought that section had nothing to do with me. I should have read it thoroughly. However I think that criminal history bit should be included with "Information about Petitioner" section.

A signed letter is all you need. Doesn't even have to be notarized.

So those of you that got your case numbers from NVC, did you use the immigrant number (603-334-0700) ?? Or the non-immigrant one? I know someone posted about this before on this thread but I can't find it.

The immigrant number (0700) is correct.

K1 is a funky little visa; it is technically a non-immigrant visa "with intent to immigrate" because it is only valid for 90 days/until marriage.

My NOA2 was approved less than a month of my NOA1. We August filers are getting approved fast . Good luck to all and I wish a fast process for you all! ❤️ I am currently waiting for NVC to receive my case and I'm waiting very impatiently
